A word from the webmaster

Welcome to all of you folks out there who have found this link.  Please feel free to take 
a look at some extras you may find here.  I am planing to include some of my favorite 
links, information text about technical and other issues, or simply tought that I feel are 
worth sharing.  This could be just a start as, with time, I hope to add on more real 
interractive features to this site.


WHEN A PROBLEM ARISE with one of your precious day to day mecanical friend, we are quick to wear out our dorctor's hat and promptly start administering "First-aid" to the agonizing unit. 

This is a normal human reaction and it is also thrue that many of you out there have extensive knoledge in your own fields.  Great. But, if you are not medically trained, would you try to diagnose a broken kneck at the seen of an accident? And therefore, would you take the chance to move a patient without that certitude?  Likelly not. And this is why the world of repairing is one of its own. 

Experience as proven that when a unit was first tempered with, the cost of the repair can quickly double and triple in proportional order to the damages caused by the  inexperimented hands, rending the repair result uncertain. So please, let me give you this word of advice: 

             Do not attempt to repair any deffective unit yourself unless you are
             abesolutely shure that you can complete what you have started. If 
             you feel up to the job, Our staff can help you for parts and mauals 
             for all your deffective unit. Be aware though, that parts and special
             orders are normally non refundeable among the industry.

Just like human beings, machines are subject to many environement factors and internal specificities that are unique to each of them and the resolving process of a particular malfunction whit a given unit is never just a matter of taking the "thing" apart. Give yourself and your electronic "gizmo" a chance and take an active part in its repair.  First, by collecting as much informations as possible.

 How did the problem occured? 
What were the first observed symptoms? 
Was the unit in use or at rest when it arised?
And so on.

Write these informations down with a detailed description of all the problems found, along with the name, type, brand and model number of the deffective unit. Have these informations ready when calling or e-mailing to us to ensure faster servicing of your request.
